Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou interního auditu v organizaci. Zpracovávané téma představuje významný přínos týkající se činnosti a postavení interního auditora v podniku. V diplomové práci jsou shromážděny a analyzovány dostupné informace o interním auditu, právní úpravě, historii, institucích interního auditu, jeho principech, metodice a postupech. Cílem DP je ověření možností zdokonalování procesů v organizaci na základě prováděného interního auditu a vyhodnocení vlivu interního auditu na fungování organizace.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis deals with the issue of an internal audit in an organization. The theme is an important contribution to the activities and the position of an internal auditor in a company. In this thesis, there are collected and analysed available information about internal audit legislation, history, institutions of an internal audit, its principles, methodology and procedures. The aim of the work is to verify the possibility of an improvement of processes in an organization based on the performed internal audit and evaluate the impact of the internal audit on the running of the organisation.
