Abstract:
Cílem mé bakalářské práce je analyzovat vlivy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí na společnost Zemědělské služby Dynín, a.s. a vyhodnotit její strategii. V práci jsou použity pro posouzení vnějšího prostředí analýza PESTEL, Porterův model pěti sil, analýza konkurence a strategická mapa. The goal of my bachelor thesis is to analyse external and internal factors‘ of Zemědělské služby Dynín, a.s. and evaluate the strategy of this firm. There are used following methods for evaluation of external environment factors‘ – PESTEL analysis, Porter´s model of five strenghts, competition analysis and strategy map.
