The Employment as a basic labour- law relation
Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce "Pracovní poměr jako základní pracovněprávní vztah" je shrnutí teoretických poznatků z oblasti pracovního práva týkající se pracovního poměru a následná analýza pracovněprávních dokumentů v posuzované společnosti, aktualizace již existujících dokumentů a návrhy nových pracovněprávních dokumentů, které ve společnosti chybí.
Abstract:
The object of this dissertation "The Employment as a basic labour-law relation" is a summary of teoretical informations from range labour-law relating to employment and post-analyse of labour-law documents at under review company and updating this existing documents and layout of news labour-law documents, which missing in the company.
