Etické aspekty managementu daňové optimalizace ve dvou vybraných společnostech

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce popisuje téma etiky ve vztahu k daňové optimalizaci v rámci dvou vybraných společností, PPG Industries a Atlas Copco. Vzhledem k tomu, že otázka etiky ve vztahu k podnikatelským aktivitám bývá v dnešní době relativně opomenuta, rozhodl jsem se hlouběji tuto problematiku prozkoumat a poukázat na fakta z hlediska daňové optimalizace. Teoretická část popisuje etiku, centra sdílených služeb, jejich důležitost, přínosy a také myšlenku daňové optimalizace. Praktická část se zaměřuje na evropskou část trhu, kde tyto společnosti působí, popisuje a srovnává příjmy z roku 2017 v souvislosti s etickým kodexem a současně doporučuje, jak zachovat etičtější vnímání.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis describes the topic of ethics in relation to the tax optimization within two selected companies, PPG Industries and Atlas Copco. As the question of ethics in relation to business is nowadays relatively undiscussed, I decided to have a deeper look and point out the facts in terms of tax optimization. The theoretical part considers ethics in general, shared service centers and its importance and idea of tax optimization. The practical part focuses on the European part of the market where these companies operate, describes and compares the revenues from year 2017 in relation to the ethical codex and recommends the further proceeding in order to be perceived in more ethical manner.
