Cílem této práce bylo zkoumat vliv členských států a institucí EU na formování Evropského veřejného žalobce. Podstatou bylo zjistit, jaký vliv uplatnily během vývoje této instituce členské státy na jedné straně a instituce EU (především Komise) na straně druhé. The aim of this thesis was to study the influence of member states and EU institutions on the formation of the European Public Prosecutor. The goal was to discover how members states on the one hand and EU institutions on the other hand managed to apply its influence during its development.
