The feminisation of poverty from the perspective of single mothers

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá fenoménem feminizace chudoby z pohledu matek samoživitelek. Cílem práce je odhalit příčiny vzniku chudoby u matek samoživitelek, jaké důsledky jsou s chudobou spojeny a navrhnout možné způsoby řešení či prevence. V úvodní části práce je představen teoretický rámec feminizace chudoby, zahrnující příčiny a důsledky chudoby u matek samoživitelek, který slouží jako základ pro analýzu této problematiky. Součástí bakalářské práce je také představení teoretických východisek související s tématem feminizace chudoby.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the phenomenon of feminization of poverty from the perspective of single mothers. The aim of the thesis is to reveal the causes of poverty among single mothers, what consequences are associated with poverty and to suggest possible solutions or prevention. In the introductory part of the thesis, a theoretical framework of the feminization of poverty, including the causes and consequences of poverty among single mothers, is presented to serve as a basis for the analysis of this issue. Bachelor thesis also includes the presentation of theoretical starting points related to the topic of feminization of poverty.
