Tématem mé diplomové práce je Vyživovací povinnost mezi manžely a mezi rozvedenými manžely. První část obsahuje českou, slovenskou a polskou úpravu vyživovací povinnoati mezi manžely a je rozčleněna do kapitol vznik vyživovací povinnosti, rozsah a trvání, řízení a zánik. Abstract:
Name is the maimtenance duty between spouses and between divorced spouses. First part contains the czech, slovak and polish legal form of the beginning, extend, proceeding and ending of the maintenance duty between spouses. Second part contains a comparison of the czech, slovak, polish, german and italian legal form.
