The Development of Agricultural Infrastructure within the Agricultural Cooperative Hrotovice with Regard to the Management of the Enterprise

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit na konkrétním příkladu Zemědělského družstva Hrotovice význam zemědělské výstavby, a především zachytit její vývoj. Na základě literární rešerše zde byl vytvořen teoretický základ k tématu zemědělských staveb postavený zejména na definování základní termínů a definic z této oblasti. Druhá část představuje případovou studii, kde je zkoumán jeden konkrétní případ do hloubky, a to na základě shromáždění dokumentů a veřejně přístupných informací. V analýze zemědělské výstavby v družstvu Hrotovice je důraz kladem především na jeho účelovost, přínosy pro zemědělskou činnost družstva i případné nedostatky a plány do budoucna. Na základě výše řečeného byly v poslední části práce definována návrhy a doporučení pro zemědělské družstvo.

Abstract:

The objective of this bachelor's thesis is to assess the significance of agricultural infrastructure, particularly focusing on its evolution through the case study of the Hrotovice Agricultural Cooperative. Through a literature review, a theoretical framework regarding agricultural structures was made, primarily centered around defining fundamental concepts and terminology in this domain. The subsequent section entails a detailed case study, where a specific instance is thoroughly investigated, drawing upon document analysis, publicly available information, and an interview with the cooperative's chairman. Analyzing the agricultural infrastructure within the Hrotovice cooperative, the emphasis is placed on its efficacy, its contributions to the cooperative's agricultural operations, as well as potential drawbacks and future strategies. Consequently, the concluding section of the thesis outlines suggestions and recommendations made for the agricultural cooperative.
