Integration of agile and DevOps techniques into ITIL
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá možnou integrací agilních přístupů metodiky SCRUM a zastřešující metodiky DevOps do životního cyklu služby dle knihovny ITIL. Cílem práce je ukázat možnost propojení těchto zdánlivě nesourodých metodik a diskutovat přínos tohoto propojení.
Abstract:
The theme of this thesis is the possible integration of agile techniques, coming mainly from SCRUM methodology and techniques from DevOps into the service lifecycle based on ITIL. The goal is to show the possibility of cooperation between this seemingly disparate methodologies and discuss the benefits of their usage together.
