Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací zaměstnanců a systémem odměňování v konkrétní společnosti. Cílem práce je analyzovat stávající systém odměňování a motivace pracovníků ve zvolené firmě, zhodnotit jej a v případě potřeby navrhnout taková opatření, která přispějí k efektivnosti systému ve společnosti a zároveň jsou realizovatelná v praxi. This bachelor´s thesis deals with employee motivation and the remuneration system within a particular company. The aim is to analyze the existing system of remuneration and the motivation of workers within a chosen firm, to evaluate it, and if necessary to suggest measures that contribute to the effectiveness of the system in the company being realizable in practice at the same time.
