Peculiarities of the procedure for clarifying road traffic accidents involving drivers under the influence of alcohol
Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce jsou dopravní nehody pod vlivem alkoholu a postup při jejich objasňování dopravní policií. Jsou zde popsány metody, které se při objasňování používají a dále historie dopravních nehod. Praktická část práce je zaměřená na reálně šetřené případy Policií České republiky. V závěru jsou navrhnuty možnosti zefektivnění prokázání alkoholu před jízdou.
Abstract:
The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is traffic accidents under the influence of alcohol, and the procedure for investigating them by the traffic police. The methods that are used in investigation are described here, as well as the history of traffic accidents.
