The Nature of HZS Members Experiences With Work in Health Care System During the COVID Epidemic.

Abstract:

Pandemie COVID-19 značně zkomplikovala práci příslušníků HZS, kteří byli nově nasazení ve zdravotnictví. O dopadu této nové situace na jednotlivce toho víme zatím jen málo. Cílem výzkumného projektu v rámci bakalářské práce je zmapovat zkušenost příslušníků HZS se službou ve zdravotnických zařízeních v této nelehké době. Zvolil jsem kvalitativní výzkum, metodou sběru dat je polo-strukturovaný rozhovor. Metodou sběru dat se stal polostrukturovaný rozhovor. K analýze dat jsem zvolil tzv. zakotvenou teorii, protože mi připadá dobře strukturovaná a přehledná, ačkoli tento postup je poměrně složitý a časově náročný. Výzkum sestává z analýzy tří rozhovorů s příslušníky HZS. Každý respondent měl přímou zkušenost s prací ve zdravotnických zařízeních. Práce je klasicky strukturována - v první, teoretické části se budu zabývat náplní práce příslušníků HZS a její spojitosti s psychikou a stresem, společně s definicí základních termínů. V části praktické popíšu blíže metody sběru dat i jejich analýzy. Závěry výzkumu v kapitole diskuse propojím s již existujícími poznatky. V závěru zodpovím položenou výzkumnou otázku a pokusím se zformulovat některá doporučení do budoucna, která z mého výzkumu vyplývají.

Abstract:

There was a difficult challenge for members of FD while working in health care system during the COVID 19 pandemic situation. But, for now we know very little about the impacts of this new events on them. The aim of this study, in the frame of my bachelor project, is to map the experience of FD members in this specific, complicated situation. I choose qualitative approach. The method for data collection was semi-structured interview. To analyze these set of datas I used so called “grounded theory”, although this is very complicated and time-consuming method. There were three interviews with FD members in my study. Every respondent has been working personally during the pandemic situation in hospitals. There is a classic structure in my work - in the first, theoretic part, there is some term definitions and also the description of psychological and stress factors that influent the psychic structure of FD members during these times. In the practical part, there is a description of data collection and data analyses of my research. In discussion, I will try to reconcile my findings with actual existing scientific information. In the end of my work I will answer the main research question, and try to propose some useful advices for future.
