Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nejčastěji používaných obchodních taktik v mezinárodním obchodním jednání. Je zaměřena na taktiky používané mezi obchodníky v Evropě. Cílem je definovat ty taktiky, které jsou ze zkušeností obchodníků definované jako nejčastěji užívané. První kapitola rozebírá základní rozdělení taktik. Druhá kapitola poukazuje na existenci některých kulturních specifik a možnost jejich záměny s používáním taktik. V některých případech se může jevit určité chování jako taktické jednání, ale může se jednat pouze o kulturní specifikum. Nejrozsáhlejší část rozebírá právě nejpoužívanější taktiky jednání a obranu proti nim. Především taktiky v kooperativním jednání, ale i užívání nátlakových obchodních taktik.

Abstract:

This Bachelor Thesis deals with the business tactics most frequently used in the international trade negotiations. It is focused on tactics used among traders in Europe. The aim of the work is to define the tactics, which are defined as the most commonly used. In the first chapter I am concerned with the basic splitting of tactics. The second chapter shows the existence of certain cultural specificity and the possibility of confusion with the use of tactics. In some cases it may seem certain behaviors such as negotiation tactics, but it may be just a cultural specifics. The most extensive part describes the commonest tactics and the defence against them. Especially in cooperative negotiation, but also the use of coercive business tactics.
