Legislation at the conclusion of an insurance contract and its termination
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá právní úpravou celého procesu uzavírání a ukončování pojistných smluv. Vychází přitom ze zákona o pojistné smlouvě, občanského zákoníku a dalších právních předpisů z oblasti pojišťovnictví. Cílem této práce je rozebrat uvedenou problematiku a podat souhrnný přehled o náležitostech, právech a povinnostech spojených s uzavřením a ukončením pojistné smlouvy.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the legislation process of concluding and terminating contracts. Analysis is based on the Insurance Contract Act, the Civil Code and other laws of the insurance. The aim of this thesis is to analyze that issue and submit a summary on the requirements, rights and obligations associated with the conclusion and termination of insurance contracts.
