Předmětem mé diplomové práce jsou G-kvadruplexy a jejich potenciální využití při léčbě neurodegenerativních onemocnění. The subject of my thesis are G-quadruplexes and their potential use in the treatment of neurodegenerative disease. One part of the thesis was literary research focused on the G-quadruplexes characteristic, neurodegenerative diseases, and amyloid beta precursor protein (APP) which may be involved in the origin and development of Alzheimer´s disease.
