Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Výuka anglického jazyka u dětí s narušenou komunikační schopností“ pojednává o výuce anglického jazyka u dětí s narušenou komunikační schopnosí během prvních let jejich povinné školní docházky. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce se zabývá narušenou komunikační schopností z obecného pohledu a dále se podrobněji zaměřuje na nejrozšířenější typ narušené komunikační schopnosti: dyslálii a na možné obtíže spojené s touto narušenou komunikační schopností ve výuce anglického jazyka. Teoretická část také poskytuje obecnou charakteristiku žáka raného věku stějně tak jako charakteristiku žáka s narušenou komunikační schopností zahajujícího povinnou školní docházku. V této části práce je také zmíněna právní úprava vztahující se k tématu. Teoretická část se dále zabývá individualizací výuky se zaměřením na učební styly a strategie. Praktická část práce popisuje výzkum uskutečněný v první třídě základní školy. Případová studie prostřednictvím pozorování žáků s narušenou komunikační schopností, rozhovory s třídní učitelkou a učitelkou anglického jazyka a dotazníkem určeným rodičům dětí zkoumá dopad rané výuky anglického jazyka na děti s narušenou komunikační schopností. Praktická část končí poskytnutím závěru celého výzkumu a doporučením pro další studie.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis “Teaching English to Children with Communication Disorders“ deals with teaching English to pupils with communication disorders during the first years of their compulsory school attendance. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with communication disorders in general and also with focus on the most common type of communication disorder: dyslalia as well as with possible difficulties caused by this communication disorder in English classes. The theoretical part also describes young learners: firstly, from general point of view, and secondly, with focus on young learners with communication disorders beginning their compulsory school attendance. In this part of the thesis law adjustment related to the topic is also mentioned. The theoretical part also discusses individualization of the teaching process with focus on learning styles and strategies. The practical part of the thesis describes the research conducted in the first grade of a lower primary school. The case study by means of observation of the pupils with communication disorders, interview with their class teacher and their English teacher, and the questionnaire distributed to the parents of the children examines the impact of early English learning on pupils with communication disorders. Lastly, the practical part of the theisis provides conclusion to the whole research and recommendations for further study.
