Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o ocenění podniku. Pokusím se zde popsat a charakterizovat ocenění podniku jako takového teoreticky, včetně praktického postupu jednotlivých metod a výpočtů. Nedílnou součástí této práce jsou praktické části, na kterých aplikuji metody a postupy oceňování nemovitostí a podniku.
