Abstract:

Tato práce je věnována manažerským informačním systémům (MIS) jako nástrojům sloužícím k zefektivnění kontroly, řízení a informovanosti ve společnosti. Mým cílem je podat co nejpodrobnější popis způsobu výběru a zavedení MIS do zavedené stavební společnosti. V první části této práce – teoretické části jsou shrnuty poznatky o manažerských informačních systémech. Tato část je rozdělena na tři kapitoly. První je věnována podrobnému popisu Business Intelligence a jejím nástrojům. Druhá kapitola se věnuje MIS a třetí a poslední část je věnována zavádění MIS do společnosti. V druhé části (část praktická) je popsána zvolená stavební společnost. Dále se věnuje průzkumu trhu manažerských informačních systémů, následnému výběru 3 nejvhodnějších MIS pro danou společnost a výběr MIS pomocí výběrového řízení, který nejvíce vyhovuje (jak po finanční tak po strukturální - obsahové stránce) dané stavební společnosti. Konec praktické části popisuje zavádění zvoleného MIS a jeho hodnocení (jak po finanční tak časové stránce).

Abstract:

This thesis describes the managerial information system (MIS) which are used for more effecient control, management and knowledgeability in the company. Aim of my thesis is to describe in details the way of choice and implementation of MIS into the established building company. In the first part of my thesis (theoretical part), there is summarized the knowledge of MIS. This part is divided into three chapters. First chapter describes in details the Business Intelligence and its tools. The second chapter describes MIS and last third chapter describes implementation of MIS into the company. In the second part (practical part), there is described the chosen building company. There is also decided th market research of managerial information systems, following choice of the most suitable three MIS for the company and finally the choice of MIS (using the tender) which is the most suitable (in financial way as well as in structrural way) for building company. In the end of the practical part there is described the implementation of the chosen MIS and its evaluation (in financial way and from the time point of view).
