Bakalářská práce nese název Trombofilní stavy a gravidita. Práce je teoreticko výzkumná, skládající se ze dvou hlavních částí. První část je zaměřena na část teoretickou a druhá na část výzkumnou. Teoretická část se zabývá změnami organizmu ženy v průběhu gravidity, fyziologií a patofyziologií krevního srážení a samotnou problematikou trombofilních stavů. The thesis is titled Thrombophilic conditions and gravidity. This task is divided into two parts, theoretic and experimental. The first theoretic part concerns about the changes of woman´s organism during pregnancy, physiology and patophysiology of haemocoagulation and the issue of thrombophilic conditions.
