Abstract:

Byla sepsána literární rešerše na téma kovalentních organických sítí shrnující základní parametry, možnosti příprav a oblasti využití těchto materiálů. Byly popsány nejvýznamnější typy kovalentních organických sítí včetně sp2c kovalentních organických sítí s olefinickým spojovacím motivem. V experimentální části byly provedeny pilotní experimenty, které měly ověřit možné syntetické cesty vedoucí k novým sp2c kovalentním organickým sítím. Jako stavební jednotky byly vybrány benzen-1,3,5-triacetonitril a jedno- až tříjaderné dikarbaldehydy na bázi benzenu, resp. thiofenu. Z deseti experimentů lišících se použitou bází, rozpouštědlovým systémem, reakční teplotou a časem byly na základě práškové rentgenové difrakce shledány dva jako potenciálně nadějné. Souběžně byly syntetizovány trojramenné nepolymerní analogy navržených sítí (tzv. modelové sloučeniny), jež byly charakterizovány a studovány z hlediska vztahu struktura vlastnosti. Celkem bylo připraveno šest modelových sloučenin, z toho pět dosud nepublikovaných molekul.

Abstract:

A literary review focused on covalent organic frameworks summarizing the basic parameters, preparation options and fields of applications of these materials was written. The most important types of covalent organic frameworks including sp2c covalent organic frameworks with an olefinic linking motif were described. In the experimental section, pilot experiments were performed to verify possible synthetic pathways leading to new sp2c covalent organic frameworks. As building blocks, benzene-1,3,5-triacetonitrile and dicarbaldehydes consisting of one to three benzene, resp. thiophene rings were selected. Two out of ten experiments differing in base, solvent system, reaction temperature, and time were found to be potentially promising based on powder X-ray diffraction analysis. Simultaneously, three-branched non-polymer analogs of the designed frameworks (so-called model compounds) were synthesized, characterized and studied in terms of the structure property relationships. In total, six model compounds were prepared; five of them are unpublished molecules.
