The work is devoted to performing an audit in a particular company by means of auditing procedures with evaluation of obtained audit information that influence the auditor's opinion. The theoretical and methodological part of the thesis will define the concept of audit, its functions and legal regulation, and then describe the course and individual phases of the audit.
