Daná práce se zabývá problematikou finančních manipulací a možnostmi jejich odhalení. K lepšímu pochopení tématu jsou v první časti vysvětleny pojmy „kreativní účetnictví“ a „podvod“ a jsou naznačeny motivy ke zkreslení účetních výkazů. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of financial manipulation and the ways to detect it. To better understand the topic, in the first part terms “creative accounting” and “fraud” are explained and motives for distortion of financial statements are indicated.
