Mobbing in the workplace

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problémem moderní doby, kterým je mobbing na pracovišti, představující jistou skrytou hrozbu pro mnoho společností. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a empirické. Teoretická část charakterizuje problematiku mobbingu na pracovišti, pojednává o jeho možném průběhu, popisuje osobnost oběti i agresora a informuje o možnostech prevence. V empirické části je realizováno výzkumné šetření, které je zaměřeno na zjištění, zda a v jaké míře se vyskytuje mobbing na území hlavního města Prahy a Středočeského kraje.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with a modern problem, namely mobbing at the workplace, a problem that can be a hidden threat for many companies. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part characterises the issue of mobbing at the workplace, discusses its possible course, describes the personalities of the victim and the aggressors and provides information about prevention possibilities. The empirical part contains research focusing on establishing whether and to what extent mobbing occurs in Prague Capital City and the Central Bohemia Region.
