Abstract:
Exekuční řízení je nedílnou součástí jednotlivých právních řádů již od starověku. Při výkonu exekuce však často dochází k postižení majetku nezúčastněných tzv. třetích osob. V takové situaci je nutné, aby právní úprava umožňovala těmto postiženým osobám efektivně zasáhnout a svůj majetek z exekuce vyloučit. Executions have been an integral part of individual legal systems since antiquity. However, during the execution, property of non-participating third parties is often affected.
