Diplomová práce se zabývá rozvázáním pracovního poměru z důvodů spočívajících v porušení povinností zaměstnance. Autorka v diplomové práci vymezuje povinnosti zaměstnance, uvádí možné způsoby skončení pracovního poměru, následně se zabývá intenzitou porušení povinností zaměstnance a následky, které souvisejí s rozvázáním pracovního poměru z důvodů porušení povinností zaměstnance. This diploma thesis deals with the termination of an employment relationship caused by breach of the employee’s duties.
