Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem start-upové společnosti Ajedeš s.r.o. a její analýzou. Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat a vyhodnotit současný stav této společnosti, a to jak z pohledu marketingové výkonnosti, zvolené strategie či spokojenosti zákazníků, tak i z hlediska finanční situace. Na základě výsledků jednotlivých analýz jsou identifikována slabá místa a navrženy takové kroky, které vedou k jejich eliminaci. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. Teoretická část je věnována literární rešerši pojmů nezbytných pro porozumění praktické části diplomové práce. V první, teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy související s podnikáním, start-upy, jeho vývojem a druhy a v neposlední řadě také analýzám, prostřednictvím kterých je hodnocena úspěšnost podniku. Druhá, praktická část se věnuje analýze výkonnosti společnosti v online prostředí, analýze spokojenosti zákazníků, strategické analýze a v závěru také analýze finanční. Poslední, tj. návrhová část pracuje s výstupy, zjištěnými ve stěžejní, praktické části diplomové práce a jsou zde navrženy možná opatření dalšího směřování společnosti Ajedeš s.r.o.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the theme of a start-up company Ajedeš s.r.o. and its analysis. The main aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze and assess the company’s current state from perspectives of the marketing performance, selected strategy, customer satisfaction, or the financial situation. Based on the individual analysis results, potential weaknesses are identified, followed by a proposal of appropriate steps to achieve their elimination. The diploma thesis is divided into three main are as. The theoretical part is devoted to the literature review of terms essential for understanding the empirical part of the diploma thesis. The first, theoretical part, defines the business-related concepts, start-ups, their development, and types, followed by the analysis through which the company’s success is evaluated. The second empirical part deals with analyzing company’s performance in the online envi-ronment, customer satisfaction analysis, strategic analysis, and financial analysis at the end. The last, so-called proposal part works with the outputs identified in the central empirical part of the diploma thesis; there are suggested possible measures of the further direction of the company Ajedeš s.r.o.
