Small molecule inhibitors of STAT3
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce byla příprava nových derivátů odvozených od Stattic, které by sloužily jako inhibitory STAT3. V teoretické části jsem se nejdříve zaměřila na SH2 domény a poté navázala na konkrétní inhibitory STAT3 až po konkrétní nízkomolekulární inhibitory. V praktické části jsou popsány syntetické postupy a reakční mechanismy nově syntetizovaných látek odvozených od Stattic
Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor thesis was to prepare new derivates derivated from Stattic that act as inhibitors of STAT3. In the theoretical part, I focused on the SH2 domains and then described specific STAT3 inhibitors including specific small molecule inhibitors. The practical part describes the synthetic procedures and reaction mechanisms of newly synthesized substances derived from Stattic.
