EOQ model for the inventory management
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je aplikace EOQ pro management skladových zásob ve vybrané firmě. V práci jsou nejdříve definovány základní ekonomické pojmy spojené s managementem zásob. Dále jsou shrnuty způsoby managementu skladových zásob, historie vývoje modelu a jeho varianty. Následně jsou uvedeny praktické příklady modelu a aplikace modelu ve vybrané firmě.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the application of EOQ for inventory management in a selected company. The work first defines the basic economic concepts associated with inventory management. The methods of inventory management, the history of the model's development and its variants are also summarized.
