The Development of Trade Policy in our Country after 1989

Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma „Vývoj obchodní politiky u nás po roce 1989“ se zabývá vývojem obchodní politiky v Československu a pak v České republice po roce 1989. Shrnuje základní informace o cílech a nástrojích obchodní politiky, o transformaci československé a české ekonomiky z centrálně plánované ekonomiky na ekonomiku tržní a s tím související transformaci v oblasti vnějších ekonomických vztahů a vytváření efektivní proexportní politiky. Zabývá se rovněž změnami v obchodní politice v souvislosti s přípravami, které předcházely vstupu České republiky do Evropské unie, a následně po vstupu do Evropské unie, kdy se Česká republika stala součástí jejího vnitřního trhu. Analyzuje změny v komoditní struktuře vývozu a dovozu v období transformace a po vstupu do Evropské unie a míru otevřenosti české ekonomiky.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis about the theme “Development of commercial politics in our country after the year 1989” deals with the development of commercial politics in the Czechoslovak Republic and then in the Czech Republic after the year 1989. It summarizes basic information about the aims ad implements of commercial politics, about the transformation of Czechoslovakian and Czech economy from the central planned economy to the market politics; and with that is connecting the transformation of the sphere of external economic relations and the creation of an effective for-export politics. This work is also dealing with the changes at the commercial politics in the connection with the preparations that were preceding the entrance of the Czech Republic into the European Union, and later after the entrance into the European Union when the Czech Republic became a part of the EU internal market. The work analyses the changes in the commodity structure of export and import in the transformation period, after the entrance to the EU and the measure of the frankness of Czech economy.
