Cílem této práce je analyzovat majetkovou a kapitálovou strukturu a posoudit finanční zdraví společnosti SČP a.s. se zaměřením na specifika oboru plynárenství v aktuálních tržních podmínkách včetně zhodnocení dopadů procesu rozdělení. The objective of this thesis is to analyze asset and capital structure and to assess the financial health of SCP, which is focused on gas field specific in the current market conditions including an impact of unbundling process.
