Konstrukční návrh pohonné stanice pro pásový dopravník

Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem pohonné stanice pro pásový dopravník, který přepravuje hrubý štěrk o hmotnostním průtoku 70 t/hod. Práce obsahuje definici pohonných stanic, charakteristiku a rozdělení mechanických převodů, dále funkční výpočet a kompletní návrh dvoustupňové převodovky společně s výkresovou dokumentací.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a drive station for a belt conveyor that transports coarse gravel with a mass flow rate of 70 t/hr. The thesis contains the definition of drive stations, the characteristics and distribution of mechanical gears, as well as the functional calculation and complete design of the two-stage gearbox together with the drawing documentation
