Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou dětské práce nejen v rozvojových zemích Dále je cílem práce navrhnout možná řešení eliminace dětské práce, či její úplné odstranění. Pro srovnání mi jako modelové země sloužily Afrika, Latinská Amerika a Indie, u kterých byly provedeny analýzy legislativního rámce pro ochranu pracujících dětí, včetně dodržování vyhlášek, které ratifikovaly. Dále byly analyzovány příčiny dětské práce v daných zemích a sektory trhu práce, které děti nejčastěji zaměstnávají. Zjištěná data sloužila k porovnání situace v daných zemích s ohledem na celosvětový výskyt tohoto problému.

Abstract:

This thesis si focused on problems of the global child labor. Another aim is to suggest a solution of child labor elimination or its complete removing. To draw a comparison, I selected three model countries – Africa, Lateinamerica, India. There was made an analysis of legislative framework for a protection of working children including observance the regulations, they had ratified. Another analysis was made to find out the cause of the child labor and the sectors of the labor market which employ children the most. The ascertained data were helpful to compare the situation in the countries with respect to global presence of this problem.
