Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem „Využití prvků logoterapie při práci s rodinou s autistickým jedincem“ se zabývá otázkou, jak rodiče autistického dítěte vnímají smysl života. Přináší teoretické vymezení základních pojmů – porucha autistického spektra, rodina s autistickým jedincem, logoterapie a vnímání životního smyslu v kontextu logoterapie Viktora Frankla -, s nimiž se v kvalitativním výzkumu pracuje. Práce vychází z předpokladu, že vnímání životního smyslu se promítá do života rodičů samotných i života jejich autistických dětí. Proto jako svůj hlavní aplikační cíl si vytyčuje snahu zvýšit kvalitu života obou skupin, zlepšit rozvoj a sociální integraci autistů a pomoci při prevenci tvorbě poruch vztahu mezi rodičem a jeho handicapovaným dítětem. K zodpovězení hlavní výzkumné otázky bylo použito technik pozorování a rozhovoru, jež umožnily zajímavou komparaci odpovědí respondentů na vnímání smyslu života a jejich chování. Bylo zjištěno, že vnímání životního smyslu je pro mnohé rodiče citlivou a problematickou záležitostí, neboť si mnohá přání, potřeby a smysly nepřipouští či je přímo ignorují. To v nich ovšem vyvolává frustraci a negativně ovlivňuje jejich péče o dítě.

Abstract:

This thesis „Use of components of logotherapy in social work with family with autistic child“ is dealing with a question “How parents with autistic child perceive a meaning of life?”. The work brings a theoretical definition of main terms used in qualitative research – autism spectrum disorders, family with autistic child, logotherapy and perception of meaning of life in terms of Viktor Frankl´s logotherapy. The thesis is based on hypothesis that the perception of meaning of life by parents with autistic child influences their own life and the life of their children as well. The main application goal of this work is to increase the quality of parents´ and children’s life, improve the development of child’s skills and abilities, improve the social integration of autistic children and assist in prevention of creation of disturbance of relationship between mother or father and her or his handicapped child. Two research techniques – interview and observation - were used to meet the main research objective. They allowed interesting comparing of answers of respondents and their acting, which were sometime very different. Achieved findings say that the perceiving of meaning of life is sensitive and problems causing topic for many parents with autistic child. Some of parents aren’t aware of their wishes, demands, life meanings or they ignore them consciously. Therefore they suffer from frustration and depression. They also don’t reflect bad consequences of their behaviour.
