Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem přímé demokracie v České republice. Přímá demokracie znamená vládu, ve které jsou rozhodnutí příjímány lidovým hlasováním. Tato forma je pouze doplňkem demokracie zastupitelské. Práce zobrazuje náhled také na instituty, které v právním systému zakotveny nemáme, ale které se do přímé demokracie zařazují. The subject of my thesis deals with the topic of direct democracy in the Czech Republic. Direct democracy means a government in which decisions are implemented directly by people vote.
