Abstract:

V diplomové práci si dávám za cíl na základě analýzy veřejných rozpočtů a rozpočtovaných finančních částek souvisejících s podporou neprofesionálních sportovních aktivit zjistit, zda je tato podpora pro společnost dostatečná. Nejprve se krátce věnuji současnému sportu a také jeho historii, protože už naši předkové přišli na to, že se člověk duševně zdravý bez tělesného zdraví neobejde a v minulosti to byla i otázka přežití! V současné době je stále více odborníky z oblasti duševního i fyzického zdraví připomínáno, aby společnost a každý jedinec více dbalý zdravého životního stylu sportoval, přičemž je zmiňována zdravotně preventivní funkce sportu. Pohyb prostě patří již odedávna k základním fyziologickým potřebám člověka. Proto je také nutné, aby byly vytvářeny dostatečné podmínky pro sportování našich občanů. Dále se v diplomové práci zabývám tím, jakou formou jsou neprofesionální sportovní aktivity realizovány. Že to je především činností sportovních neprofesionálních spolků, které je nutné finančně podporovat, a to především z veřejných rozpočtů. Obce, města, kraje i stát mohou sportovní aktivity občanů podporovat také vytvářením vhodných podmínek pro sportování, a to výstavbou sportovní infrastruktury. S tím vším souvisí i stále významnější role, které na půdě Evropské unie získávají aktivity na podporu a rozvoje sportu. V další části mé diplomové práce se metodou dotazování věnuji tomu, jak podporu sportu vnímají volení starostové či zastupitelé. Jak naopak občané hodnotí vytvořené podmínky pro sportovní vyžití a také zda jsou pro ně dostatečné a motivující k provádění pohybových aktivit.

Abstract:

In my thesis I aim to find out whether this support is sufficient for the company based on the analysis of public budgets and budgeted financial amounts related to the promotion of non-professional sports activities. First, I am briefly devoted to contemporary sport and also to its history, because our ancestors have already realized that a person with mental health cannot do without health and in the past it was also a question of survival! Today, more and more health and mental health professionals are being reminded that society and every individual are more concerned with healthy lifestyles, while mentioning the health-preventive function of sport. Movement simply belongs to the basic physiological needs of man. That is why it is also necessary to create sufficient conditions for the sport of our citizens. Furthermore, in the thesis I deal with the form of non-professional sports activities realized. That it is primarily the activity of non-professional sports clubs that need to be financially supported, especially from public budgets. Municipalities, towns, regions and the state can also support the sporting activities of citizens by creating suitable conditions for sports by building a sports infrastructure. All this is connected with the increasingly important role that activities in support and development of the sport gain in the European Union. In the next part of my thesis I use the questioning method to devote to how the support of sport is perceived by elected mayors or representatives. How, on the contrary, citizens evaluate the created conditions for sports and also whether they are sufficient and motivating for them to perform physical activities.
