Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se dělí na teoretickou a praktickou část. V první části jsem popisovala charakteristiku projektové komunikace a s čím souvisí. V druhé části jsem si vybrala projekt, ve kterém jsem zpracovávala komunikaci. Byli vytvořeny tabulky logický rámec, matice RACI, registr zainteresovaných stran a komunikační plán. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the first part I described the characteristics of project communication and what it is related to. In the second part, I chose a project in which I worked on communication. Logical framework tables, RACI matrices, a stakeholder register and a communication plan were created.
