Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce Řízení kvality v konkrétní instituci veřejné správy je zmapovat poznatky literatury v oblasti kvality veřejné správy a porovnat je s praxí konkrétní instituce. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol, přičemž první tři jsou zaměřeny teoreticky na veřejnou správu a užívané metody kvality. Poslední část diskutuje praxi řízení kvality konkrétní instituce.

The subject of thesis Quality management in selected public authority is to map the knowledge of literature in the field of quality of public administration and to compare it with the practice of a selected institution.
