Financial plan of a company and indicators of its implementation

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je sestavení dlouhodobého finančního plánu pro podnik zabývající se výrobou a konstrukcí dřevostaveb se specifikem zakázkové výroby. Součástí plánu je rozšiřující investice a její zhodnocení. V práci je provedena strategická analýza vybraného podniku zaměřující se především na finanční analýzu. Využitím zjištěných finančních ukazatelů je provedena komparace společnosti s její konkurencí a odvětvím. Na základě analýz je zpracován finanční plán podniku a jeho alternativní verze zahrnující rozšiřující investici. Oba plány jsou zhodnoceny pomocí vybraných finančních ukazatelů.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to develop a long-term financial plan for a company engaged in the production and construction of wooden buildings with the specific characteristics of custom production. The plan includes an expansion investment and its evaluation. A strategic analysis of the selected company focusing mainly on financial analysis is performed in the thesis. Using the determined financial ratios, a comparison of the company with its competitors and the industry is made. Based on the analyses, the financial plan of the company and its alternative version including the expansion investment are developed. Both plans are evaluated using selected financial ratios.
