The European Green Agreement in confrontation with the real starting points for its fulfillment.

Abstract:

The subject of the proposed thesis is to assess the objectives of the European Green Deal along with its real implementation prospects in the field of the energy industry. Simultaneously, the work aims to clarify the issues surrounding the so-called green transformation of the European Union. To achieve this goal and thus progressively fulfill the objectives of the agreement, it is imperative for EU legislation to adapt to these individual needs and for EU member states to cooperate, distribute their strategies, and support the states most affected by the energy transition, thus achieving sustainability.

Abstract:

Predmetom predloženej diplomovej práce je posúdenie cieľov Európskej zelenej dohody s jej reálnymi východiskami napĺňania v oblasti energetického priemyslu. Zároveň práca objasňuje problematiku takzvanej zelenej transformácie Európskej únie. Na dosiahnutie tohto zámeru EU a tým postupnému úspešnému napĺňaniu cieľov dohody, je imperatívne to, aby sa legislatíva EU prispôsobovala týmto jednotlivým potrebám a aby členské štáty EU kooperovali a tiež aby si distribuovali svoje stratégie a podporovali štáty najviac postihnuté transformáciou zdrojov energie a tým by dosiahli ich trvalo udržateľnú variantu.
