Monetary policy and its role in regulation of the national economy of Belarus

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je věnována problematice funkce měnové politiky v transformující se ekonomice Běloruské republiky. Práce se zabývá základy měnové politiky, analyzuje měnovou politiku v různých systémech, analyzuje rozvoj měnové politiky a moderní měnovou politiku v Běloruské republice. Účelem je analyzovat měnovou politiku a její roli v regulaci národního hospodářství. Předmětem výzkumu jsou měnová politika a zvláštnosti měnové politiky v Běloruské republice. V práci jsou rozebírány problémy provádění měnové politiky v Běloruské republice, stejně jako příležitosti pro její zlepšení. Aktuálnost problematiky vzhledem ke skutečnosti je podmíněna tím, že efektivní využívání měnové politiky je základem státní regulace ekonomiky. A od státem řízeného ekonomického systému ve značné míře závisí dosažení rovnováhy v ekonomice a její přístup k cestě udržitelného růstu v kontextu transformace.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is devoted to the issue of monetary policy function in the Republic of Belarus. The thesis deals with foundations of monetary policy, analyzes monetary policy in various systems, analyzes monetary policy development and modern monetary policy in the Republic of Belarus. The purpose is to analyze monetary policy and its role in regulation of national economy. The subject matter of the research is monetary policy. The scope of the research is the peculiarities of monetary policy in the Republic of Belarus. The research was conducted using the following methods: data collection, analysis, observation, analogy, synthesis. Thesis examines issues of monetary policy implementation in the Republic of Belarus as well as opportunities and directions for its improvement. The relevance of this research is conditioned by the fact that efficient use of monetary policy is the basis of state regulation of the economy. Accomplishment of balanced economy and its exit to a steady growth in conditions of transition depends on measures of government intervention in economy system.
