Tato práce se zabývá metody získávání zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci, která jako první zavedla v roce 2013 do České republiky možnost odložené platby. Od roku 2018 působí i v Polsku. This thesis deals with the methods of recruiting employees in a selected organization that was the first to introduce the deferred payment option in the Czech Republic in 2013. Since 2018, it has also been operating in Poland. It employs over 150 people.
