V rámci této práce byly zkoumány řetězce DNA bohaté na puriny, konkrétně (GA)10 a C3(GA)5, které byly vybrány na základě CD spektroskopie. Cílem bylo pomocí NMR metod navrhnout model párování bází a posoudit, zda se jedná o paralelní či antiparalelní orientaci řetězců. Abstract:
In this work, DNA strands rich in purines were investigated, specifically (GA)10 and C3(GA)5, which were chosen on the basis of CD spectroscopy. Aim of this work was to propose a model of base pairing and to decide whether the orientation of strands is parallel or antiparallel with the use of NMR methods.
