Emerich Dítě and the Town Orphanage of Dítě in Humpolec in the Years 1898 - 1942
Abstract:
Práce přiblíží osobu významného humpoleckého soukeníka a fundátora Emericha Dítěte (1841 – 1913) a jeho syna Bohumila (1867 – 1943), který kráčel v otcových stopách. Stěžejním bodem práce bude Dítětův sirotčinec v Humpolci (od svého založení 1898 až po stavbu nového sirotčince v roce 1942, přejmenovaného na dětský domov).
Abstract:
The Bachelor thesis will introduce the personality of an important draper and fundator of Humpolec Emerich Dítě (1841 – 1913) and his son´s Bohumil (1867 – 1943), who walked in his father´s steps. The central point of this thesis will be Dítě´s orpanage in Humpolec (since its foundation 1898 until the building of a new orphanage in 1942, renamed to childen´s home).
