Problematic terms of "Sententiae diversis locis in Brunna iura requirentibus in scriptis traditae"
Abstract:
Práce pomocí kontextuální analýzy definuje a vymezuje problematické termíny tzv. Právní knihy. Dále nabízí typologii trestných činů a srovnání s Jihlavským privilegiem, coby důležitým představitelem jiného právního okruhu. V závěru je na konkrétním příkladu nastíněna možnost využití výsledků ke konstrukci obecnějších závěrů.
Abstract:
In the work are defined problematic terms in “Sentenciae diversis locis in Brunna iura requirentibus in scriptis traditae” using contextual analysis. Further more contains typology of criminal acts and comparison with Jihlava Privilege, an important document representing different law region.
