Globalization of sport in the perspective of sport mobility
Abstract:
Hlavním cílem mé práce bylo zjistit, za jakých okolností a kam směřují největší počty sportovních migrantů ve vybraných profesionálních soutěžích. Dále jsem se u hráčů ledního hokeje v domácích ligách zaměřil na faktory jejich motivace k vyhledání nového angažmá, a to jak z prostředí výkonnostního i profesionálního.
Abstract:
The main objectiv of the thesis was to determine undrer what circumstances a and where is heading the largest numbers of sports migrants in selected professional competitions. Furthemore I have focused on ice hockey players in domestic leagues and the factors which motivate them to find a new contract from the perfomance and professional environment.
