Teoretická část obsahuje analýzu oblasti gastronomického odpadu ve dvou státech s rozdílnými etnografickými, socioekonomickými i legislativními parametry. The theoretical part contains an analysis of the area of gastronomic waste in two countries with different ethnographic, socioeconomic and legislative parameters.
