Návrhy na zefektivnění náboru nových pracovníků v konkrétním podniku

Proposals to streamlining recruitment in a particular company
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na posouzení stávajícího formátu přijímání zaměstnanců v hotelu Zlatá Štika. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření a SWOT analýzy byly zjištěny výsledky, na jejichž základě jsou doporučeny návrhy na zlepšení a zefektivnění stávajícího systému přijímání a náboru zaměstnanců.
Abstract:
The work is aimed at assessing the current format of recruitment at Hotel Golden Pike. Through questionnaires and SWOT analysis results were determined on the basis of the recommended proposals to improve and streamline the current system of recruitment.
