Domestic violence and eviction
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku domácího násilí a vykázání a jeho relaps. Teoretická část práce se zabývá základní charakteristikou problému domácího násilí, zatímco praktická část zkoumá analýzu faktorů, která vede k relapsu domácího násilí po všech opatřeních vykázání.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of domestic violence and eviction and its relapse. The theoretical part of the work deals with the basic characteristics of the problem of domestic violence, while the practical part examines the analysis of factors that lead to the relapse of domestic violence after all eviction measures.
