Cílem diplomové práce je přiblížit problematiku stínové ekonomiky. Tento jev není zcela prozkoumaný a existuje zde mnoho teorií a fám. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola definuje pojem stínové ekonomiky a objasňuje základní principy tohoto ekonomického problému. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na metody měření. The aim of this thesis is approach Shadow economy. This phenomenon is not scrutinized and there exists many of theory and rumour. This thesis consists of two parts.
