Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je nastínit teorie přirozeného práva především z pohledu L. L. Fullera ve srovnání s právním pozitivismem z pohledu H. L. A. Harta. Nejprve se v práci zaměříme na vývoj a zpřesnění jednotlivých teorií od starověku, přes středověk až do 20. století. V průběhu práce se budeme také zabývat odlišnostmi jednotlivých teorií. Těžištěm práce pak bude analýza a komparace diskuze L …more

The aim of this thesis is describe theory of natural law mainly by L. L. Fuller compared with positive law by H. L. A. Hart. At first we will focus on development and specification individual theories from ancient history, over the Middle Ages to 20th century.
